The Firm’s immigration practice provides client counseling and preparation of applications for various visas and petitions, including, visitors (B), international students (F/J), investors (E), employer-sponsors (H1-B, L), entertainment/arts or extraordinary abilities (O,P), and family-sponsored immigration matters.
The Firm’s estate planning practice includes the preparation of sophisticated wills that address our clients' tax and personal goals. In addition, we advise our clients on how best to minimize gift and estate taxes.
